Transcript The transcript is an overview of all the courses and courses offered so far. 3. Personal Statement / Application Essay Is your application to the university, a kind of advertising on your own behalf. The goal is the appealing presentation of your person, i.e Your character, your settings, and your goals, which can not be reflected by notes. This writing is your personal business card. Make the readers curious! Stand out from the crowd! Write a new text, which you can read to the end and which gives a comprehensive picture! You can find tips on this at the bottom of this page. When was your interest in the course of study aroused? How did you point out? What are your goals for your career / career? Did you have a bad or extraordinary event to master? Which of your characteristics could be important for a later success? What particular talents / skills do you have? What are your advantages compared to your competitors? What compelling reasons can you lead to make a decision for you? Are there any gaps or inconsistencies in your CV? Can you provide reasonable justifications for this? Since self-expression is not always a simple thing, it can also be helpful to ask friends and relatives for an assessment. 4. Study Proposal Is your comprehensible and convincing justification for studying at the respective university in the desired study subject and the presentation of the expected benefits of this decision for your future. The goal must be to communicate to the responsible person that their offer fits optimally to your expectations, but also that you are well suited to the respective university. For this purpose, it is critical to inform the university, the courses, the professors, the libraries, etc. in advance. It can also be an advantage, for example, if you are able to rely on a professor who has taught or studied at the university. Make such covers! Be creative! Important reasons for their decision should be arguments such as the reputation and the teaching offer of the university or even famous researcher personalities and not so much the situation and perhaps always good weather. That is why they always write their own reasons for each university because following letters will be immediately noticed at this point. You can find tips on the formulation here. 5. Curriculum vitae (Short CV) stands for the CV, which is written in the Anglo-American language area in reverse chronological order. In the content he should have the personal data, that is, Name, address, (serious!) E-mail address and telephone number, and then subdivided into sub-pages. Use underlining or bold text to highlight things, but avoid cursive writing. The sub-pages should be separated from each other by, for example, uppercase letters. Date information should all be left-aligned. Enumerations should be divided by dashes or points. How do I write a successful essay? An essay consists of the three parts: introduction, middle section, and conclusion. The introduction is the most important part (Essay writing Instructions Tips & Examples). It is intended to arouse the attention of the reader and at the same time give an overview of the content of the essay. Have a good hang-up for your "story"! You could, for example, start with an experience from your youth or similar which has led you to choose your course of study. The whole can be quite dramatic, but it should not be theatrical. Or ask a question in the space that is answered in your essay. The middle part forms the most part of your execution. You do not have to apologize for your English or the fact that you are not a native speaker. However, you should have your essays corrected by a native speaker because some mistakes can be made especially in the choice of words.
